The age-gap dynamic between the two mcs was initially really appealing to me. More about his background is revealed in this book, and he becomes a multifaceted, complex character. Warning for serious spoilers throughout this review. This book started out promising, but became a huge letdown. I do think this is better written than most out there. First, if you enjoy the mafia romance genre in general please ignore my review and give this a try. I'm redoing my review because I think it was initially harsh on this book. ![]()
